Meet the Mutneys Brand Ambassadors
Mutneys has been a part of the dog grooming industry for 25 years. We have always worked closely with groomers to develop new products and make sure our company is providing what you need to follow your passions.
Over the last few months, it’s become obvious that community is everything and so we have teamed up with three dog groomers to become our Mutneys Ltd Brand Ambassadors.
Our brand ambassadors will be our eyes and ears on the ground, helping us to stay bang on trend and keep up to date with all the latest techniques. They’ll also be passing on their tips and tricks of the trade and, as always, helping us to test and develop any new products, ensuring they are salon-ready before they hit the shops.
On top of all that they’ll also be helping to train our team, keep our grooming knowledge up to date, so we can offer you the best advice.
Introducing Vikki Pearman…
Vikki has been running her dog grooming business, Pedigrees N Pooches, for over 15 years, but creative styling is her passion. After winning 1st place in her first creative grooming competition in 2014, there was no stopping Vikki and she now runs The British Creative Dog Grooming Championships as well as publishing the UK’s only creative styling book.
Vikki’s latest mission is to promote better public awareness of safe creative dog grooming both inside and out of the industry.

Introducing Lorraine Mottershead…
Fresh out of school, Lorraine started dog grooming in1988 and opened her first salon, Canine Care, in 1996. After just a few years the business was going from strength to strength and Lorraine joined forces with her now business partner, Karen, to take on the world in a bigger salon, Canine Care & Co in 2000.
‘I have a love of grooming wool coats, especially poodles and bichons. I also love the cross breeds and salon styles.’
With over 32 years of experience, Lorraine credits her success with continuous learning and is looking forward to passing on that knowledge to our Mutneys customers.
“I feel honoured to work alongside the Mutneys team as a brand ambassador. Having used many of their products and shampoos for around 23 years, I’ve always received honest, trusted help and advice and you definitely feel like part of the Mutneys family. My favourite Mutneys product has to be the anti-tangle shampoo, as it’s definitely the most used product in my salon! My top tip would be to perfect your prep first. Prep is key!”

Introducing Millie Beddows…
With a love of animals from childhood, Millie decided to turn that passion into a career and after years of training and managing other large salons opened up her own salon, Groom At No.1.
‘My love of dogs is apparent in the way I groom – I treat all dogs that come into my salon as if they are my own’.
With extensive knowledge in animal handling and animal behaviour, along with experience in providing animals with calm and safe environments, Millie has fused this with her commercial experience to burst into the grooming scene.
