Our loyalty scheme, The Mutneys Membership, has been giving back to our customers since 2007, but like everything it’s time for a bit of a refresh and to go digital!
We really appreciate the loyalty of all our customers. We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for you, so this is our way of giving a little bit back.
How will the new scheme work?
For every £1 you spend with us you’ll receive 1 point that you can save up to use against your future orders. All the points will be added to your online account, so they will be there ready and waiting for you to use any time of day or night.
If you have registered for the scheme, you’ll be able to apply your points when you reach the checkout.
How can I sign up?
If you already shop online with us and have set up an account, you’ll be automatically signed up for our new loyalty scheme, so you don’t need to do anything.
If you have not shopped online with us before or have shopped as a guest, it’s easy to set up an account. Visit https://www.mutneys.com/my-account/ and add your details. This will automatically enrol you into the loyalty scheme.
What if I don’t shop online?
Don’t worry if you don’t shop online with us you can still collect your loyalty points.
Let us know when you call or email through your order that you would like to claim your loyalty points and we’ll add them onto your account.
When you want to use your points, again let us know when you place an order that you would like to use your points and we’ll take the value off your order.
What will happen to my existing loyalty points?
We have transferred over all your existing points to the new scheme so you can use them at any time.
We’ve tried to keep everything as simple as possible, so you’ll be able to use your points against almost anything we sell.
The only exclusions are products that are already on offer or heavily discounted such as our starter packs.
