Over the last 4 weeks, two groomers have contacted us to say they have sadly experienced a fire and devastatingly lost all of their equipment. They both had contents insurance, however they have both unfortunately suffered as a result of their contents value. We have been helping them to get back on their feet by supplying personalised starter packs, but we wanted to write this blog post to try and help other dog groomers.
Becoming a dog grooming salon owner is a very rewarding, physical and flexible profession, however it is a costly business to set up from scratch. Therefore, we would like to share with you some reasons why insuring your equipment is essential and the importance of choosing the right contents cover value. Insuring your salon with contents cover is crucial to help prevent the risk of losing the business you have put your heart into building.
