Surviving Crufts – Top Tips for Shoppers!

Crufts is the biggest dog show in the world attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors each year, hosted in 5 halls at the NEC, Birmingham. If you haven’t been before, or even if you have, we thought we’d share a few tips to make the most of your time there!
1. Plan the day you will visit
Saturday and Sunday will be VERY busy, so if you’re just coming for the shopping, we’d recommend coming on Thursday or Friday as these days are usually quieter.
2. Make a list
Get organised and make a list of items you’d like to shop for. Spend time on the Crufts website to see which companies will be exhibiting and make a note of their Hall & Stand number.
3. Bring a trolley
Without realising, you will soon become laden with bags so we recommend to bring a trolley on wheels for your purchases.
4. Be comfortable
It’s a long day and there is very little seating for visitors, so make sure you wear practical and comfy shoes.
5. Be aware of the floor plan
Make yourself aware of the floor plan before you go. Crufts is hosted in Halls 1 to 5 which are all interlinked. This can become quite disorientating and you can often not realise what Hall you’re in. If you look up, there are large signs on the wall telling you which Hall you are in. There are two entrances / exits in Hall 1 and 5, so start in either of those & make your way through each Hall.
You can find us in Hall 4 on Stand 126. We’re at the top of the stairs between Halls 4 & 5!
We look forward to seeing you there!
