Meet the Team – Rosie Crowther – Marketing Executive

Hi everyone! My name is Rosie Crowther and I am the Marketing Executive here at Mutneys. I’ve been working here for nearly 4 months, making me the newest team member!
I am responsible for managing everything marketing related, such as running our social media platforms, designing advertisements, promoting upcoming events, writing website content and much more. Before I started at Mutneys, I worked in the Marketing department of a large industrial automation company, so moving to a small family run business was certainly a change!
My passion for the Marketing industry developed throughout University where I studied Marketing and Psychology for 3 years at Keele, graduating with a First Class BSc Honours in 2018. This put me on my path towards working in Marketing and taught me the skills I would need to succeed in a professional environment.
I have always had a love for animals and have strived towards working in Marketing within the pet sector to combine my two passions, so when I was offered the job at Mutneys, as you can imagine I was so pleased! I really love the family feel you get working here. We are a small team who work really well together and are always there for one another. Having our pack of entertaining office dogs is always a daily bonus too!
As I’m in the process of buying my first house, I currently don’t have a pooch of my own. However, I have been dog walking and pet sitting locally for the past 2 years in my spare time, which has certainly kept me occupied. I also enjoy hill walking, camping, photography and travelling whenever I can!
I love all aspects of my job as the Marketing Executive at Mutneys and really enjoy the fact there is so much variety – everyday is different!
