Meet the Team – Victoria Fowles – Office Administrator

Hi everyone. My name is Victoria Fowles, Vic for short and I’m the new Office Administrator here at Mutneys. If you’ve popped into our showroom or called our office recently, you’ll probably have a good idea who I am as I’m the only one here with a Canadian accent! I’ve been living in the UK for nearly 4 years and have spent the last 6 months working for this wonderful company.
Before I joined the Mutneys team, I was working as the Deputy Manager at my local pub. While I loved the pub scene and getting to socialise with all the locals, I was looking for something that allowed me to enjoy more time with my husband and our pooch, Penelope. So when a vacancy arose at a company that allowed me to do just that, I jumped at the opportunity to apply. Lucky for me, I got the job and have been here ever since.
My favourite thing about this company is the incredible team I get to work with everyday. We really are one big, loud and crazy family. Despite having only been here for a short time, I feel like I’ve known this fabulous bunch forever. I especially love all our office dogs as it’s the best stress relief being able to cuddle a pooch between jobs – even if they do like interrupting our productivity from time to time.
When I’m not at work, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. I also have a love for the arts and enjoy painting, singing and playing guitar.
Joining the Mutneys team has been such a joy and I cannot wait to see what’s to come. Looking forward to meeting many more of you and your doggy friends along the way!
